Our roots are in pasta. From our earliest days on Hawthorne, we’ve made fresh sheet pasta and seasonal ravioli following classic recipes. Ask for our sheet pasta cut to order for your recipe, or take home whole sheets for baking your own lasagna or homemade ravioli. Using traditional Italian dies, we cut extruded pasta shapes such as casarecce, lumache, rigatoni, and spaghetti, and our talented kitchen prepares rotating flavors of ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi, and take-and-bake lasagna.
