This Flour is ground from our certified organic wheat fields using our stone mill. It is Whole Wheat Flour that includes the germ. This flour is milled from Soft Red Wheat which has good baking qualities for pastries. Nothing has been added so you get the full flavor of the Iowa grown organic wheat. This Whole Wheat Flour is great for baking pastry or other favorite dishes.
