Baby Lima or Butter Beans are a light-colored variety known as Carolina or sieva beans. Regular Lima beans are a much larger variety and more yellow. Baby Limas make an excellent side dish and are great as a creamy base for soup. Use in stew, for dips, spreads, mashed, and in salads. Combined with sweet corn, they make the famous dish succotash. No salt added EDEN beans in BPA, BPS, and phthalate free cans since 1999.
