THREE 18 oz bottles of our famous barbecue sauces … choose MIKE’S ORIGINAL, LITTLE KICK, APPLE CITY RED, or HOG WARSH. MIKE’S ORIGINAL is the sauce we use daily in our restaurant, with a nod to all of the barbecue regions — it contains ketchup, vinegar, and mustard, and it’s a savory sauce, not sweet. LITTLE KICK is our original recipe with a bit of extra cayenne to give it a little kick. APPLE CITY RED is a sweeter sauce with a little heat at the end. HOG WARSH is a Carolina vinegar sauce that’s excellent splashed liberally on pork or chicken and can be layered with our other sauces as well.
