Alessi Italian Style Bread Crumbs are made the old fashioned way right on our premises. Loaves of bread are ground into bread crumbs which are then toasted. To the toasted bread crumbs, we add our proprietary spice blend, sea salt and imported Pecorino Romano Cheese. Crunchy and delicious, Alessi Italian Style Seasoned Bread Crumbs may be used in many ways: as a breading for chicken, beef or pork cutlets, seafood or croquettes, as a stuffing, in meatloaves and meatballs, and in au gratins and casseroles.
