To double-down on organic and sustainable sourcing, we focus on 10 ingredients that account for roughly 80% of our total ingredient purchase by weight. We set minimum requirements for each of these ingredients to help us reach four key sourcing goals: increase organic agriculture, ensure transparency, provide assurance through third party certifications, and measure impact at the farm level.
