Carrington Farm’s Organic Ghee is a great alternative to unsalted butter!
GREAT FLAVOR – We start by heating organic butter from grass-fed cows until the water is removed and the milk solids and lactose are browned and settled to the bottom. These browned solids are then removed to produce the buttery, nutty & delicious butterfat known as ghee!
WHY GHEE? – Ghee is a source of fat-soluble vitamins and fatty acids that support immune function, bone health and vision.
MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT COOKING – With Ghee, also known as clarified butter, you can cook over medium-high heat up to 450° F for a delightful buttery flavor and aroma, without it smoking and burning like butter.
NO REFRIGERATION – Ghee does not need to be refrigerated; it can be stored at room temperature.
