Description
This Flour is ground from our certified organic wheat fields using our stone mill. It is Wheat Flour milled from Soft Red Wheat which has good pastry baking qualities. This flour is sifted and is finer and better for those finer pastry baking projects than the whole wheat flours. Nothing has been added so you get the full flavor of the Iowa grown organic wheat. This Wheat Flour is great for baking pastry or other favorite dishes.
